Tiffany Jalalon Sprague is a new associate at Catalystas Consulting. Tiffany has experience in building the capacity of mission-driven organizations to maximize impact with a focus on girls’ STEM education and economic development. She has experience in program design and implementation, grant writing, evaluation, organizational development and project management. Holding a Master’s degree in Russian and Post-Soviet Studies from the London School of Economics, she has worked at organizations including the Center for Citizen Initiatives supporting small-to-medium sized enterprises in Russia and the National Democratic Institute supporting political development programs in Kyrgyzstan.
